BIG Update Regarding Examinations, Details Here

This is notified for the information of concerned that all the examinations of Cluster University Srinagar scheduled from 17th of January 2022 have been deferred till further orders.

The decision has been taken in view of the surge in COVID cases.

Revised schedule for these examinations shall be notified separately. Students are advised to remain in touch with the University official website(www.cusrinagar.edu.in) for further details.

Government employees to get Rs 2000 ‘secretariat allowance’

Jammu: All J&K government employees working in civil secretariat Srinagar and Jammu as well as in the offices of Head of Departments (HoDs) situated outside the secretariat would get a “secretariat allowance” at a uniform rate of Rs 2000 per month. However, only the full-time government employees and not the employees on a contract, consolidated rates of pay, or part-time employees would be entitled to this allowance admissible throughout the year. The allowance has been granted with a retrospective effect from 1 November 2021.
